Rail season ticket refunds
The government has promised refunds to commuters who have had to work from home during this outbreak. If you require a refund as you have ceased to travel, please refer to your relevant providers’ website for more information.
For key workers who still must use public transport to get to work, please note that operators are running a reduced timetable, as demand has decreased. Please visit the individual website of your operator for this information.
